This includes assuring there are an adequate number of qualified and financially sound subcontractor proposals received and evaluated through the prequalification process. The Preconstruction Manager prepares detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction) and analyzes cost models during the Design Development and/or bidding period. This role will require working collaboratively in close coordination with specific project teams' members such as the project developer, project manager, design project manager, and supporting staff to ensure all client goals and expectations are met.

The Project Manager acts as the primary interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, business developers, and design project managers to ensure projects are competitively bid and meet the needs of the client. You will also develop and manage project budgets and schedules, coordinate with design teams, and ensure controls are in place. Experience with multi-temp thermal construction, industrial refrigeration systems, and automated material handling systems including Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is preferred.
