Overview

Stellar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful execution of healthcare facility projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with client accounts while overseeing all projects completed for said client
  • Oversee contract negotiation and execution process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare and commercial construction
  • Provide overall accountability for successful delivery of multiple projects
  • Provide oversight, leadership, and be accountable for the development and maintenance of the master project schedule
  • Work with Project Management staff to ensure clients’ expectations are regularly being met, and monitor owner satisfaction
  • Partner with Business Development team to secure additional work in the Northeast FL area
  • Responsible for future business growth within current client base
  • Attend pre-bid conferences, and act as primary point of contact to outside contacts

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years project management experience
  • Experience with healthcare construction required; FL market preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
