Overview

Stellar is seeking to hire a Director of Marketing who will lead our marketing department and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our design-build construction services nationwide. The Director of Marketing will oversee the marketing team, manage the marketing budget, and ensure our brand message is consistent across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure cohesive project branding and marketing
  • Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  • Design print ads and publications, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand strategy
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget and ensure effective budget spending
  • Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence and website
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry players and organizations
  • Participate in lead generation for the Sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the design-build construction industry
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience in a digital marketing environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
